Gerrard is an experienced General Counsel, Board Certified Tax Attorney and CPA. He brings extensive expertise in structuring complex commercial transactions, M&A, international corporate and business law, tax planning and commercial contracting.

Gerrard works closely with startups and businesses in growth mode across various industries including manufacturing, technology, real estate, entertainment, retail and healthcare. He serves as outside general counsel for profit and not-for-profit organizations. Gerrard received the esteemed AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for attorneys who are ranked by their peers for exhibiting the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards.

He serves in various senior leadership roles within the Florida Bar that includes membership on the Executive Counsel of the Tax Section where he is a Co-Chair of the IRS Collection Activities Subcommittee and vice-chair of the Florida Bar Tax Certification Committee.
