More recently, David works with founders of tech companies to structure and raise financing and is highly respected in the industry for his innate ability to foster mutually beneficial investor relations for those companies.

Throughout his career, David has been instrumental in raising $8.7 billion in equity, hybrids and debt from existing and new investors and is the founder of a service-disabled veteran-owned small business helping tech-enabled risk management enterprises to succeed.
