Matthew Storm, MBA

Matthew brings marketing leadership from the B2B technology sector and is an adjunct professor of marketing at the G. Britt Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas. Matthew has worked for customer experience leaders and startups such as Jacada, NICE Systems, and OpenText in the Americas, Europe and Middle East. Under his marketing leadership he has managed marketing budgets in excess of $4M USD and was active in numerous acquisitions in excess of $2B.

Matthew has been mentioned in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post, and has presented in over 20 countries on topics such as customer satisfaction, predicting churn, multi-channel communications and employee engagement. Matthew is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has an MBA from St. Edward’s University.
